Colorado Parks and Wildlife Director Jeff Davis and his staff testified before the House Agriculture Committee on Sept. 12, 2023 that they would do everything possible not to bring “problem” wolves to Colorado.

Costs of operating the jail include the staffing, supervision and other costs of safely running the jail on a day-to-day basis, all of which is overseen by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The Jeff Davis Parish Police Jury unanimously voted Wednesday to rezone land just off Interstate 10 in Roanoke from agriculture to commercial for a travel center/truck stop with future plans for a hotel.
